Question by hello: Making a car review video?
If I want to make a video of a car review by going to a dealership and asking to borrow a car for a review do i need some sort of license or certificate or something to do it?

Guess you should have licenses as reviewer and or proven experience .
Better check with dealers perhaps conditions are not same everywhere,.
