My husband’s car engine dies last week, and we have been trying to find an affordable used replacement engine. It’s a 2005 Mazda 6, and the engines have ranged in price from $1200 to $4500 for the same mileage. Is it like other things where you get what you pay for as far as quality goes?
And what happens when a moving car hits another moving car in the opposite direction?
Are collisions between 2 cars computer elastic, completely inelastic or a combination of these?
And does the direction of the car’s initial velocity affect the elasticity of the collision?
