Question by cannedguds: What is guaranteed unsecured loan?
I’m very puzzled about the distinct terms when it comes to loans and this is 1 of them. I know that unsecured loans mean you can borrow funds from lenders without having collateral but you have to make sure your credit score is high. Am I proper? If not, please clarify. Then, what is guaranteed unsecured loan? Is payday loan also a sort of unsecured loan?

Any loan which is produced without having pledging collateral. Residence loans are secured by a deed of trust on the residence. Car loans are secured by an endorsement on the title naming a lien holder, and so on.
Credit scores do not necessarily come into play. You could borrow cash from your uncle or a friend without any collateral other than a handshake or a promise.
A guaranteed unsecured loan is an oxymoron. The guarantor is liable in the event that you default and a lot more than most likely in a better credit position than you the borrower. That’s why the guarantor is acceptable to the lender.
