I am trying to send 50.00 from my debit card over to paypal to purchase something for 49.95. Paypal says the action cannot be transferred. The debit card is a 50dollar rebate card from a cell phone I purchased, but it is Visa so why would this not work? PLEASE help!
I have a visa prepaid card issued by a bank in india. I have a debit card issued by the same bank for an account i have with them. I have a credit card, but it is issued by master card.
