No they can’t sue you (I guess they can attempt, but it will be dismissed). And if they threaten you, then YOU can take them to court for harrasment.
You have the proper to review them negatively if they didn’t supply very good service to you.

Question by dexter: Can a auto dealer trigger any troubles if i give him a poor/honest review for the sales person?
Bought a new auto recently from a dealer. The sales individual was aweful. The vehicle maker sent me a review and i gave an honest review.(which is poor review in general). some how he came to know about it.(no thought how) I did not get the license plates however(3 weeks). Will I get the license plates from the dealer ship? Can he share my particulars in public? or cause any trouble.

It doesn’t matter. It took me about a month to get my license plates. I wrote a very poor review about my salesperson also but that wasn’t the reason why it took that long. License plates can take that lengthy.
I didn’t worry about anything since I was being honest. My honesty probably didn’t change anything because when I went back soon after 4 years to get my extended warranty reimbursed (automobile got totaled) the terrible, awful salesman that sold me my vehicle was promoted to manager.
